With Christmas upon us spare a thought for your friends or relatives that have been together for a long time that still don't have a child.
Some couples feel embarrassed about getting help for Infertility and feel pressure from their families which only adds to the feeling of isolation.
When friends are having babies couples often feel like they are being left behind and can even be completely left out or not invited to events because they don't have children.
People tend to stigmatise and presume that they don't want children or are happy without them.
I think that Infertility is spoken about more than it ever has been in the past, the more people and couples that talk openly about it the more others with children will understand and be able to empathise.
Spare a thought this Christmas.
