Considering the state of the place I did choke at the prices, wait... there is a but, I was pleasantly surprised, when the sun shines every where tends to look better, weather aside the children absolutely loved it.
Once we had paid, a lady shouted us over to a shed, where each child sat down and held a baby chick (Isla was wriggling her legs with anticipation) it was magical watching them both sitting there growing in confidence to stroke the squeaky chicks, I just wish Paul could have been there with us to see them smiling.
We looked around the various huts of pigs, sheep, ponies, donkeys (donkey rides), chickens, lemurs, and goats, we were then called into another area to feed the baby lambs, the kid's all chased after them trying with desperation to encourage them to feed from the bottle they were holding (Noah tried to drink his).
The children sat on a tractor then raced over to sit inside an old fire engine,, we picnicked and for the last half an hour they wore themselves out riding around on pedal cars, bikes, and various other toy's, in the background an egg and spoon race was taking place and then a tractor pulled up for a ride around the farm sitting in the trailer.
I would highly recommend this farm based on how much the children loved it, a little messy, but hey that's what children like after all, plus you can save a little money and take your own picnic too, they encourage it.
