I have been meaning to head over to Apley Farm for a while with the children. I have heard several friends reviews and it sounded the perfect time to visit as today was very windy with showers forecast all day.
There are plenty of shops Lottie's is a gorgeous little clothes shop/converted barn stocking children and adults clothing (a little on the pricey side) but still worth a visit.
Farm shop full with books, local farmers produce, pastries, breads and a whole lot more.
Separate toy shop, hard to resist and a further coffee shop (for Adult's without youngster's) overall plenty to mooch around to fill up a soggy, rainy day.
With two children under four we headed straight to Pigg's Play Barn a converted out house with soft play for the kid's and coffee and cakes for the Adults, the kid's loved it.
We were very impressed, it was very clean, plenty to see and do. In the spring and summer months there are Donkey rides and plenty of animals to see and feed too .
