When the music started everyone crowded outside along the pavements and there were thousands of people, it took me back to my childhood, My Mum used to take me, my Sister and Brother to Wolverhampton to see Father Christmas.
I loved being there with my own little Family watching Father Christmas turn on the lights, there is something so special about it to me, I still find it hard to believe I have two Children when four years ago I was told we couldn't have them.
After the parade we went to a Bar/Restaurant to eat, which was lovely, the kids were exhausted and fell to sleep in the car on the way home.
Isla is three and appreciates everything, She is great to be around, we are making the most of this age because we had to pick our moments eating out during her terrible two's, they seemed to last forever, my fingers are crossed that Noah skips the terrible part altogether.
Today Paul took the day off work, it wasn't planned so it was a lovely surprise for Isla when the three of us picked her up from school and took her Christmas shopping.
We went to return Isla's library books and I stumbled across copies of my book... Yes it still thrills me when I hold the book I have written, I hope I always feel like that :)
