As a result of piling on the pounds during my holiday I have decided to go on a health kick and detox the impurities in my body.
The only food source I'm cutting out is wheat, I've reduced my alcohol consumption and swapped coffee/ tea for hot water and a slice of lemon.
It has only been 3 days and I feel better for it. My tummy is less bloated, I have more energy and my brain is switched on, apparently the natural peptides in lemon aid weight loss and a healthy digestive system.
After 4 weeks away from spinning my Mummy body needs a serious work out and lots of self control, buttering the children's toast to picking at their seeets or chocolates is my worst downfall- I need to tie my hands behind my back.
I will post in a weeks time to say if I have lost any lbs.
